Sidney C. Hardee, CFA

With over fourteen years in the financial Services industry, Mr Hardee is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of the Risk Management practice for COR3 Advantage. He provides an extremely broad base of experience in the areas of fixed income sales and trading, derivatives research and analysis, and portfolio management, measurement and analysis. Mr Hardee holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University and a MS in Applied Statistics from Columbia University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) by the CFA Institute.

Sydney O. Rodriguez

Mr Rodriguez is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of the Financial Services Practice. He drives the organization’s management and presides over business operations and plans the overall company strategy, strategic plan, operational plans and profit objectives. He is responsible for large-scale enterprise implementations and technology deployments and with over thirty years of management, consulting, and line-responsible experience, he oversees the organization’s program management office (PMO). Mr Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Long Island University.

Michael Chyzowych

Mr Chyzowych is the Managing Director for the CRM/ERP Practice. He specializes in business process management and cloud application design and architecture. Mr Chyzowych is Salesforce certified and has been working in the CRM and cloud computing space for over fifteen years. He collaborates with business users and IT departments to help ensure best practices and the right business processes and technologies are used and for the right reason. He has worked in several business verticals including; Financial Services, Insurance, Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Software Services, and more. Mr Chyzowych earned his MS in Management of Information Systems (MIS) from the Gildart Haase School of Computer Sciences and Engineering at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also received his B.A., with two majors; Sociology and Labor Studies and Managerial Relations from the School of Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers College.

Arthur Pedersen

Mr Pedersen is the Senior Managing Director of the Regulatory and Compliance Practice for COR3 Advantage. For the last nine years he has distinguished himself as a Bank Regulatory Relationship Manager for one of the largest foreign banks in the United States, where he has been for over twenty years. His focus has been managing the day to day interactions with the dedicated supervisory teams from the FRBNY, FDIC, and NYSDFS. This included running targeted and horizontal examinations and all related activities, including pre-exam preparation, on-site exam management, and post-exam activities, as well as chairing meetings between senior bank staff and regulators, tracking and resolving follow up action items and preparing meeting summaries for senior bank management. He also oversaw technology deployments in a prior role at this institution. Mr Pedersen attended Lehman College and was previously certified as a Project Management Professional.

Patricia C. Rodriguez

Ms Rodriguez is the Managing Director of the Insurance Practice for COR3 Advantage. With over twenty-five years of diversified business experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, she has distinguished herself with providing solutions to assist our clients in making enlightened decisions about the management of their financial portfolios, with an emphasis on diversified insurance products designed for financial asset protection. Prior to joining COR3 Advantage, Ms Rodriguez ran a system-wide quality assurance program for the Corporate Finance and Regulatory Compliance Department at the Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Records Administration from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management degree from University of Phoenix.

James B. Ray III

Mr Ray is the System Development Practice Managing Director for COR3 Advantage. With over thirty years of experience, he leads the Information Management and Technology System team in providing strategic systems planning, business requirements definition and systems analysis, package software configuration or custom software design and development. Mr Ray has developed expertise working in many industries spanning from manufacturing, healthcare, regulated utilities, and extensive involvement in retail chain store, ecommerce, and consumer direct marketing businesses. He is an internationally recognized omni-channel customer relationship marketing (CRM) systems and shopper loyalty program specialist. His business function and systems expertise enable him to competently navigate the industry’s most robust enterprise resource planning (ERP) and point of sale (POS) application software packages and cloud-based SaaS solutions. Mr Ray attended University of Georgia and received his Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Sciences.
